Immersive online program that covered topics ranging from basic ML algorithms to large language models and generative AI. Consisted of projects and practical exercises to gain experience working through the entire machine learning pipeline, from data preprocessing and feature engineering to model development, deployment and scaling. Provided experience working with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit Learn, and Cloud Platforms (AWS/Google Cloud). Beyond just the technical aspects of machine learning, this course explored ethical considerations surrounding AI such as interpretability, bias detection, and privacy, ensuring you have a well-rounded understanding of the field.
Work & Experience
Data annotator transcribing and annotating phone call recordings with Praat in English and Spanish. Annotated data used to compile a training dataset for machine learning models implemented in the customer service industry to assist customer service agents. Closely collaborated and verbally communicated with other team members including Annotators, Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing scientists to ensure annotated data fit their accuracy requirements to build the best possible models.
