Work & Experience
As a Cybersecurity Cloud Engineer Intern at Acquia in Boston, MA (July 2020 – October 2020), I conducted vulnerability and risk assessments to improve the overall security posture of cloud-based systems. I identified and mitigated security vulnerabilities, helping to reduce potential attack surfaces across the infrastructure. In collaboration with cross-functional technical teams, I performed troubleshooting tasks and supported efforts to maintain operational efficiency. This role provided hands-on experience with cloud security best practices in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
As a Fellow at Hack.Diversity in Boston, MA (October 2019 – July 2020), I was selected for a highly competitive career leadership and workforce development program focused on increasing representation in the tech industry. Through this fellowship, I gained mentorship, technical training, and professional development while building strong networks across Boston’s innovation, corporate, and civic sectors. The program enhanced my ability to thrive in diverse teams and prepared me for success in cybersecurity and IT roles.
